1. Crossheads
   GENCA supplies crossheads for “sub-millimeter” to over 20 inches for extruded products in a variety of materials and designs.
   
   
2. In-Line Heads
   GENCA supplies in-line heads for 1/2” to over 10 inches for extruded products in a variety of materials and designs.
   
   
3. Purge Valves
   GENCA supplies manual and pneumatically operated purge valves. GENCA purge valves feature adjustable pressure/flow characteristics. This "simulates" the crosshead at running conditions.
   
   
4. Flange Connections & Clamps
   GENCA supplies flanges and clamps for most extruders and GENCA extrusion heads.
   
   
5. Quick Color Change Systems
   GENCA supplies Quick Color Change (QCC) Systems that are hydraulically, pneumatically or manually operated. These are available in "no purge/no waste" and "purge to floor" configurations.
   
   
6. Tips, Dies, Pins & Bushings and Spare Parts
   GENCA designs and manufactures extrusion tools for simple round products to complex multi-lumen, multi-layer products. GENCA stocks a large inventory of common tips, dies and crosshead parts.
   
   
7. Breaker Plates
   GENCA supplies a wide variety of breaker plate designs, including replacements for most OEM’s.
   
   
8. Extrusion and Injection Screws, Barrels & Check Valves
   GENCA can supply screws from under 1/2" diameter up to 18" diameter and 30 feet long, and barrels up to 12" diameter. For more details, see section "Screws, Barrels and Check Valves".
   
   
9. Swing Gates, Tables and Clamps
   GENCA supplies a wide variety of designs of swing gates and clamps. Tables are available for GENCA’s larger (heavier) heads. These tables support heads during positioning, cleaning, assembly and disassembly. Many of these have hydraulic assist designs.
   
   
10. Heaters, Thermocouples, Rupture Discs
    GENCA stocks a large number of heaters, thermocouples and rupture disks for its most popular heads which allows for quick delivery.
