Quick color change

There are two basic types of QCC Systems available from Genca.

There are Modular Systems and Integrated Systems. Modular Systems are configured using individual components and offer the most flexibility in satisfying requirements. Integrated Systems incorporate the QCC valves within the crosshead body. A Genca Sales Engineer can assist you in determining the best design for your application.

The illustration below shows Integrated and Modular Systems where inner and outer layers in a three-layer crosshead are changed by QCC valves, thus allowing the skin color to be changed on the fly without waste.
